The products must be returned in their original condition, complete with labels and tags, and must not show signs of use. Before making a return, send an email to customer@aussiefinds-shop.com to register the request. The return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code, and the sender is responsible for the shipment. Once we receive the returned items, we undertake to refund the purchase amount within 14 days to your account.
