Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund. Refunds are not applicable if more than 30 days have passed since you received the item.


Return Conditions

  1. To return an item, it must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Photos of the item you received may be requested for your return.

  2. We reserve the right to reject a return request if foul play is suspected.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

  4. Returns will not be accepted without prior request from us.

  5. We may reject a refund request if the product returned is not in its original condition.

  6. Every order is entitled to only one solution. If a refund, replacement, or exchange has been processed for your order, we will not accept further requests for the same order.


Order Issues

  1. Orders not received: Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs inspection). We can process a refund upon request if more than 60 days have passed since shipment. Refunds will not be issued if the 60-day period has not yet elapsed.

  2. Order Cancellation / Update: If you have placed an order in error, you have up to 2 hours from the time of order to email us and request a cancellation. After 2 hours, we cannot cancel your order. If you want to change the size or color, we will attempt to contact our carrier, but we cannot guarantee any changes, especially if the order has already been shipped.


Disputes

If the buyer opens a dispute (via credit card or PayPal), the customer will lose all rights to our customer service. In such cases, after-sales service will stop immediately, and any further refund, return, or replacement requests will no longer be valid.


Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. If applicable, we will replace the item free of charge.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not returnable, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Bespoke items (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift vouchers and backorders

Return Process

Once we have received and verified your return, we will notify you if your refund has been authorized. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
